H.E.A.T.- (High Energy Athletic Training)Workouts designed to improve your agility, strength, balance, and cardiovascular performance. Training may include weights, steps, balls and Bosu. Abs included.
H.I.T. Method
"High Intensity Training" focuses on abdominals, hips, thighs and glutes. This workout includes mat work, small weights and other props. The HIT method combines elements of Pilates, yoga, dance and various Barre methods.

A fusion of Latin and International dance that combines high energy, motivating music with dynamic combinations that allows participants to have "fun" and burn calories
Orlando Machuca
Orlando brings years of experience, both as a competitive dancer and teacher, to his Zumba classes. Zumba incorporates elements of Salsa, Meringue, Cha Cha and Bachata. He strives to ensure that all students understand the directions and movements and enjoy the class.
Kevin Kiger
Kevin joined Results in 2008 and brings great energy and passion to his yoga classes. He likes to stress to those who have never tried yoga that one doesn’t have to be able to twist like a pretzel to start. Flexibility and strength are things the body builds, which is why yoga is called a practice. Kevin wants you to come to class hydrated and ready to sweat so don’t forget your towel.
Anthony Miller
Anthony is an ISSA certified fitness instructor. Anthony feels if you take care of your body, from the inside out, in that order, your body will serve you well for many years. He strives to motivate and encourage students to achieve overall fitness.
Arthur Majarome
Arthur is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor with 20 years of experience. Energy describes Arthur. He motivates students with his humor and passion for fitness.
Harold Sanco
Harold is the Director of Aerobics for Results Gym. He is both an AFAA and ACE certified group fitness instructor and has nearly 20 years of experience. He was the 1998 National Aerobic Champion and the 1993 Step Aerobic Champion. Harold believes movement is life. He stresses keeping work outs consistent and fun.
Skip Butcher
Skip is holds group fitness instructor certifications from both AFAA and ACE. He brings more than 20 years of fitness industry experience to his high energy aerobics classes. Skip believes a conscious commitment to a regular exercise routine will significantly contribute to a healthy mind, body and soul.
Frank Beltran
Frank teaches a variety of group fitness classes that include Thai Boxing and kick boxing. His strong martial arts experience lends itself to creating a challenging but fun class. Frank believes in varying work outs to challenge your body in a full range of motions. Balance, coordination and core exercises must be equal parts of physical training.
George Kassouf
George is an ACSM certified fitness instructor with 20 years of experience. He teaches indoor cycling as well as aerobics classes. Whether it’s in an exercise studio, weight room or simply walking through the neighborhood, George encourages everyone to stay in motion and be active.
Sarah Puritz
Sarah joined the Results team of group fitness instructors in 2007 but has been an active member of the local dance community for a number of years. She designs her classes to give students a unique, energetic and calorie burning experience. She feels it is more important to hear the music and feel the energy than nail the footwork and hit the counts. Her goal is to have everyone sweating by the end of class.
