Wendy Lawerence, Director of Squash
Wendy was born and raised in Manhattan, New York. Wendy is a nationally certified coach by the U.S.S.R.A. and coaches at the Potomac School in McLean, Virginia. She played varsity squash at Vassar College before turning Pro and ranking number 12 in the nation. Wendy has coached dozens of nationally ranked adults and juniors and is a national figure in U.S. coaching and development.
Fabien Sarran, Head Squash Pro
From New-Caledonia, Fabien began playing squash at age 13. His passion for sport and exercise led him to earn a “Diploma” and then a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Sports Management in France. In 2005, his team won France’s National University Championship. Fabien went on getting is second Bachelor in sport Psychology. He played and taught squash throughout University and then spent a year promoting and training in squash in New Zealand. Fabien has a deep-seated passion for squash. He considers it the ultimate sport, requiring only 45 minutes for a terrific workout. Fabien loves to share his knowledge and experience with people of all ages and abilities and he not only teaches the technical skills that squash players need, he does everything possible to help his clients enjoy squash more and more each day.
