Karate
Karate- You will learn a unique skill that combines aerobic and anaerobic (resistance) components, focusing on increasing core strength, improving flexibility, sharpening reflexes and learning muscle and body control elements. This martial art literally translates as “empty-hand self defense”.

Results Flow
Results Flow: A flow-based class modeled on the sun salutations that links standing and seated postures, backbends and inversions with the breath in evenly-paced, straightforward sequences. Appropriate for all levels.

Yoga Fundamentals
Yoga Fundamentals: Based on the ancient discipline of yoga, this class explores asana (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and mind-body awareness to promote balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation. Students will receive detailed instructions on the basic principles of alignment, providing an excellent foundation for Results-style flow classes. Appropriate for students new to yoga as well as advanced students seeking an enhanced focus on precision.
Margot Eyring
Margot is a Power Pilates certified instructor. Margot believes true fitness involves working towards well being in all aspects of life. Because minds and bodies are interconnected, exercise impacts psychological and spiritual health as well physical well being. She has promoting health for the whole being for more than twenty years.
Harold Sanco
Harold is the Director of Aerobics for Results Gym. He is both an AFAA and ACE certified group fitness instructor and has nearly 20 years of experience. He was the 1998 National Aerobic Champion and the 1993 Step Aerobic Champion. Harold believes movement is life. He stresses keeping work outs consistent and fun.
Roberta Rothstein
Roberta has over 30 years of experience as a dancer and teacher. She is a certified Pilates Mat instructor and has also received dance teacher training from the New School in New York city. In addition to her regular regimen of classes that includes Pilates Mat, Ballet Workout and Stretch and Strength, she teaches various Master classes such as Broadway Jazz, Hip Hop and Latin Cardio. Roberta loves dance based movement and wants to help all of her students connect with the joy of dancing. Her classes improve posture, alignment, endurance and flexibility and all levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Bernice Harper
Bernice is a group fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience. She teaches a variety of energizing and fun aerobics classes. Her fitness philosophy is to keep it simple and fun.
Adrienne Penebre
Adrienne has been teaching yoga since 2001. She likes to share her appreciation of yoga as a creative process of the whole being with class participants. She wants her classes to be a learning playground where students attune to their subjective experience, are challenged in their habitual thinking and improve the use of their body. She promotes a strong emphasis on the quality of doing rather than the doing itself.
Leticia Barnes-Long
Leticia is a Cycle Reebok certified indoor cycling instructor with nearly a decade of experience. She believes we should all enjoy life, our bodies and our minds and push them to new potentials every day. One of her life’s philosophies is “Rest when you’re dead”.
Katherine Richardson
Katherine holds numerous fitness certifications which include ACE, Mad Dogg Cycling, Power Pilates, Moves International and is a Bosu Master Trainer. She has been teaching group fitness since 2003. Katherine likes to emphasize the importance of a strong mind-body connection. Her goal is to teach students to listen to their bodies and allow that information to guide them.
